So apparently the doctor wrote the wrong date on the doctors note he gave me. The most perfect note I asked for, with that one little flaw. He wrote the starting date perfect as 10/16/2010. That was the date I was in his office. And the note was effective until 10/13/2010 as written. Now I know he meant 10/23/2010. And my immediate boss knows what he meant. But HR may not care. One of those dates is obviously wrong. Which one will they pick?
