I could have just added this to the previous post but meh.

First I called mom. She said it shouldn’t wait til Tuesday. The urgent care tomorrow is closed by the time I get out of work. But I didn’t want to spend the night in the ER.

I called the medicaid 24 hour nurse hotline. She said get seen asap but not necessarily the ER tonight since I’d be low priority and have a long wait.

I called work and spoke to my boss. She knows about my shoulder since I’ve been trying to work with it for 3 days now. I explained what the nurse said. I asked permission to be late to work and asked if I could add some hours to the end of my shift to make up for what I’d miss in the beginning. She agreed.

So this is the plan: urgent care 10am. Straight to work. Work later than scheduled. Home.
