I received a 30 minute treatment with the nebulizer, a shot of steroids to the ass, a second inhaler to use 2/day for 2 weeks with instructions to increase the first one to every 2 hours, and a script for antibiotics. Add that to the cough syrup laced with Vicodin (for real http://www.drugs.com/cdi/hycodan-syrup.html) and the meds I take daily for BPD (up to 3 pills a day, 2 meds) and I really have achieved my dream of becoming a walking pharmacy.
