Last year I received as a gift, my introduction to scentsy. Basically, it’s a wickless candle that uses the heat of a low watt bulb to melt wax that makes your entire house smell of so freakin’ good. I was in love right away.
And kept meaning to order more scents. But I didn’t really have anyone to order from directly. And I’d forget about it. Or I’d think about it and not have cash.
The other day I was on The Twitter when I saw someone tweet out wanting to know if anyone at all was interested in hosting an online scensy party. Say what? Do tell!
I could host a party without having to clean my house, because it’s all online. You browse online. You order online. It ships to you.
So I figured I’d host. Worse that can happen? I’m the only one to order. At least I’d finally have someone to order from.

Anyone can order. It’s shipped straight, directly to you. Orders over 150$ even get free shipping. Don’t have that much to blow on making your house smell pretty? Dude, I get it. My bank account gets it. My husband has hidden my debt card. He forgot the check book though. Sucker. So if you have local friends who are interested, you combine the order, have it shipped to one person and then pass it out. No that’s not cheating. That’s working the system.

But really? This stuff smells great, comes in so many scents, isn’t expensive unless you splurge (I’m sorry husbands of the world) and makes great gifts. And sadly, we have less than 3 months until Christmas.
And I really really really do love this stuff with all my heart! I loath those girlie parties. Mary Kay? Not for me. Bags and jewelry? No thanks. Avon? Not really. (Sometimes) Scentsy? Love!
