Newsletters

wormholeWhen I started this blog, or shortly there after, I joined a newsletter dealing with BPD. I figured it would give me topics to post about. And it has given me a few. But normally I file them away in a folder to deal with later and promptly forget about them. Well the time has come.

I signed up for a few more newsletters today, these ones dealing with ADHD. But what email address to send them to? I have a yahoo account that I don’t want flooded with newsletters. I have my main Google account, but I don’t want it flooded with anything but personal stuff. I have my kmarrs(at)walkingtheborderline(dot)com but that still didn’t seem right. then I realized I can make more users with the (at)walkingtheborderline(dot)com. So I created the account newsletters(at)walkingtheborderline(dot)com. And I’m switching all the newsletters I’m getting and will be getting over to that email address. And I can check it at my leisure. I can sift through it at my leisure. And I don’t have to worry about anything else getting buried by it.

So now I have the fun task of sifting through all the newsletters I’ve already received. I’m reading through them all and forwarding on all the good ones and deleting all the pointless ones. Some topics, like meds, I’ve already posted about enough, that I don’t feel I need to make anymore posts, unless some new information becomes available. But other topics I’m sure will come up that won’t be redundant. And right now it’s my job to find them.

This is going to take me awhile. I have a few dozen to go through. And I’m stalling. I should get back to work. Right after I check my twitter. I’m kidding. Alright, you caught me, I’m not kidding at all.
