The big cage is done and the boys love it. They have so much more room to run and play. I have the floor of it lined in paper tubes. They now have 7 tubes in total. I also placed Gabby’s smaller cage down inside the big one so that the rats can nest in it. They spend their days huddled inside the smaller cage sleeping and their nights running up and down the sides of the big cage. All in all they seem happy. Now I just need to get them 2 oversized drinky bottles, instead of the two tiny ones they have, and a better food dish. They are eating what currently holds their food.

I’ll post pics later in the week. Right now I just want to curl up into a little ball and die.
